T & J Building Impressions performed the janitorial services at our office building and event space in Oakland for 19 years-from 1998 until 2018 when we sold our property. The personal attention that the owner, Sam Taylor, gave to the job was invaluable and saved us from trouble on many occasions. If anything was not as it should have been, it was always reported immediately and often resolved on the spot by Sam. The staff were responsible and always careful about security and locking up. If we had a new building, we would hire T & J Building Impressions immediately.
